We want you to love your order!
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will review your request and issue a refund or replacement.
Change of Mind / Wrong Size Ordered
Because each item is custom-printed for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or color preference.
How It Works

Contact us with photos of the issue.

We will confirm the problem and initiate a replacement or refund.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

NOTE: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Important Notes

Custom products (e.g. personalized) are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defects.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Printify handles manufacturing and fulfillment, so all returns and refunds are processed through us.
Exchanges
As our products are printed on demand, the fastest way to get a different product is to place a new order. We do not offer direct exchanges.
